Why MCO exists

Most coaches don't have a tooling problem. They have a structure problem. The calendar works, the invoicing works, the notes work — but none of them know about each other, so the coach becomes the integration layer. Every new client means the same manual sequence, run by hand, again.

My Coach Office was built to be the part that holds still: one place where clients, programs, sessions, contracts and payments live together, connected by design rather than by copy-paste.

Who's behind it

My Coach Office is built and operated by Treeleaf Business, an independent software company. We're a small team, which is precisely why the platform is opinionated: we'd rather do a few things properly than everything adequately.
